This session is for those who want to take their hiking to the next level and put more miles under their belts in the wilderness. . Before we hit the trail, we will discuss what and how to pack for 1-2 night trips and longer multi-day trips or thru-hikes, proper attire and the art of layering, foods and cooking kits will be discussed. We will then venture off for an easy 2 mile hike with the weighted packs to work with adjustments and balance.
